The kids recently discovered and fell in love with the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movie. We let them have a camp out in our room last week and watch the movie. I finally had to turn it off and watch a "mommy show" to get them to fall asleep. That's when this began. Pretending to be Alvin(Katie Beth) and Theodore(Kailer with glasses). This is more of a role play of Kailer's that he forces Katie Beth to go along with. I just couldn't stop laughing. So here is a sound clip of the two little chipmunks. I added a semi-dialogue so you can follow along if you wish.




theodore: Mommy what are you doing?

alvin: Just the camera.

theodore: Yes Alvin, hush Alvin, Shhh Alvin

alvin: What? What?

theodore: Quiet Alvin

alvin:OK

theodore: Got to sleep. Mommy take a picture. We want a picture. We want a picture. Shhh si...Shhh Alvin. Don't sit up, lay down. What Alvin? What Alvin? ? Yes Alvin, said Theodore.?? Yes. Yes Alvin.

alvin: Wanna play games?

theodore: Sorry Alvin, I don't wanna play a game.

alvin: I just wanna play a game.

theodore: Sorry Alvin. ? OK sissa. OK Alvin, we'll have games tomorrow. Alvin I'm going to sleep. Alvin. Alvin you're waking up. ? Games Tomorrow?

alvin: Yes.

theodore: We are doing the ball games tomorrow?

alvin: Yes, tomorrow.

theodore: Yes Alvin, said Theodore.

alvin: I'll be right back

theodore: OK Alvin

Duke vs. Carolina is the best college basketball rivalry and it is on tonight. The best game of the year and I am counting on my #1 Dukies to pull it out. My favorite game ever and my house is ready!

I went with a friend to see " He's Just Not That Into You". It was a really good movie, I really liked it. It had a few "racy" parts, but the ending made up for it. Definitely a . Before the movie we went to Red Robin because I had never eaten there. It was good, not all it's cracked up to be, but still yummy.

Bride Wars
